The Video Production Department supports the Training & Safety Division by producing training videos distributed over County Cable Channel 20. The Video Production Department also provides video and still photography for scheduled seminars, conferences, promotions, and graduations.

Critical Minutes:
Critical Minutes focuses on the continuing medical education for EMT/Paramedics. The show is broadcast on County Cable Channel 20 every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30-9:00 am.

Hot Zone:
Hot Zone is our distance learning program for Firefighters. The show is televised on County Cable Channel 20 every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 - 9:00 am.

Crossing the Line:
Crossing the Line is our community education program that highlights the services provided by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue along with safety information for our citizens. The show is televised on County Cable Channel 20 every Monday at 2:30 pm, and Fridays at 7:00.
