At 1:30pm on Monday February 11, 2013 Battalion Three units were called to a report of a brush fire on 7th Ave North in Lake Worth back behind an industrial complex and next to a mobile home park. On arrival crews found a 2 acre brush fire and quickly brought it under control preventing any danger of exposure to the mobile homes. Access to the site was challenging and crews fought the fire from several different points to quickly extinguish it.
