Palm Beach County has adopted the Florida Fire Prevention Code by ordinance through the Board of County Commissioners. As the authority having jurisdiction, we have also amended these codes to meet the needs of our citizens and protect lives and property. Our staff is available to assist you with the interpretation of these codes.
